Michael brings an integrated approach to his session work, with more than three decades of experience, his multifaceted approach to bodywork is beyond massage. Skilled in postural analysis and touch listening, Michael is able to see and feel where soft tissue restrictions reside in the body. With extensive education and experience in Cranio Sacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Nerve Mobilization, Myofascial Release and Structural Integration, Michael curates each session resulting in greater functional mobility and a more balanced nervous system response.


Elisha Vogelsang

Elisha is the co-founder of Natural Therapeutics alongside her husband, Michael, and a devoted mother to three beautiful humans. With over 25 years experience as a massage therapist. Elisha brings a wealth of wisdom to the table. Taking the time to deeply listen, she creates a custom massage experience for each client.
With a heart-centered nurturing intent and a background in Neuromuscular Therapy and Myofascial bodywork, Elisha slowly combs over the body releasing accumulated stress and tension, resulting in deep relaxation.

Abigail Saxton

In 2021, Abigail walked away from nursing school in pursuit of a more holistic and naturopathic way of addressing chronic pain and approaching wellness.
As a graduate and instructor at The Florida School of Advanced Bodywork, her clinical massage skills are refined, targeting soft tissue pain while delivering exceptional relaxation.
Abigail specializes in treating soft tissue pain and postural distortions delivering relief that
lasts. She uses a variety of modalities including Neuromuscular Therapy, Active Release Technique and Kinesiotaping in her bodywork sessions.

Krista Avery

Krista Avery is a clinically trained massage therapist and graduate of the Florida School of Advanced Bodywork. Inspired by the healing effects of massage throughout her own health journey, Krista is so happy to now have the privilege of sharing it with others. Her 20 years in healthcare as a nurse has led Krista to this complimentary healing field of massage. After her advanced training on the Big Island learning the ancient art of Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, Krista offers this truly unique modality to her clients.
Creating a supportive environment with the shared goal of unlocking the root causes of functional and postural imbalances, Krista’s sessions result in reduced pain, increased mobility and decreased tension.

Lexi Tellinger Duncan

As a Clinical Massage Therapist, Lexi offers a heart-centered approach grounded in the John F. Barnes Myofascial ReleaseApproach®, Craniosacral Therapy, and trauma-informed care. She views each client as a unique and interconnected expression of mind, body, and spirit, and believes meaningful healing begins with being deeply seen, heard and attuned to.
Lexi’s work combines clinical knowledge with intuitive, compassionate touch, creating space for the body and nervous system to release, reorganize, and reconnect. Each session is mindfully tailored to the individual, honoring their unique history, holding patterns, needs, and innate capacity for healing.
